While some staff were friendly, others were terribly arrogant, cold and rude. My mother had money stolen from her room several times and the mgmt refused to investigate or report the thefts to police. Her medications also disappeared or were 'lent' to other residents by so-called caregivers. Often the food portions were tiny and served cold - my diabetic mother waited up to 45 minutes after the beginning of meal times for her food to be served (yet when family members were invited to dine on "family night," the food miraculously improved!). The staff doctor was a JOKE - he told Mom that her eyes were failing due to 'old age' - I took her for a 2nd opinion & found she had a large cataract causing the problem. This is NOT a place you want to send your parents to...not if you care for them at all.
