I went to Bubble N' Paws for about 6 visits. I choose them because they don't crate dry and had a puppy package available (which they don't anymore). The last time I went they told me they overbooked appointments and called to tell me they were running a hour late. So my dog had been sitting in a crate for about three hours before he was even touched. Once they did start on him they were rushing to get him done. In the process they HURT him so bad that he was "screaming and crying and bit the groomer"(he has never bit anyone ever). This is because they DID NOT use any conditioner or detangler when brushing knots out. They chose not to call me and ask if it was okay to use any of the products or buzz him. Instead they just tortured him by ripping the knots out when they brushed him. He's skin is still bright red hours later. I am NEVER going there again because they are overbooked and too busy to give my dog the adequate time he needs. I will tell everyone I know about my experience.

gave my dog razer burn. It took months for the hair to grow back, and the dog became afraid of the groomers due to this incident.

i have been going to Bubbles N Paws for quite some time now. My dog, LOVES going. She sees all the groomers and gets so excited. When she comes home, she smells wonderful, and needs to be told that too! These women do a FANTASTIC job with all the animals!
