Highly recommend this alarm company. We have used them for seven years. They have quickly responded to our alarm when it went off on three different occasions we were away from home and when we accidentally set it off, which we have been known to do. Since they were recommended by Dave Ramsey, I knew they were the real deal. The price and no contract also sealed the deal, especially since we previously had moved and had to pay six months fees out of a three-year contract to another alarm company and who never responded to any of our alarms. Plus their monthly price was three times more than Advanced Alarm. We can truly say we were 100% satisfied with their service!

We were very unhappy with the way in which you monitored our home. Your response was nil when our alarm went off on several occasions. One night I was home alone and the alarm went off. YOU NEVER called to check on me. You are very hard to get a hold of. That is why we no longer carry for our service. Also, you never told us we needed a code to deactivate our system. We were unable to activate with our new carrier because of the unavailability of anyone at your office and a nonresponse from the number you refer people to for technical assistance. We were left unprotected for several days. I wonder if you're still in bussiness. When asked, we will never recommend you due to your poor service and nonresponsiveness. Protectection is a 24/7 job. You are NOT providing it.

Have had a home alarm system with this company for several years. Great, friendly service. Every time I check my system it checks out fine on their end. The 3-4 times I've accidentally set off my alarm, they call me within 30 seconds of it going off. They were able to use my existing equipment and programmed it over the phone. I like the fact I'm not overpaying for monitoring as I did with a previous company. Great company over all!

Hmm, not sure about the other reviewers' experiences, but I really love this company. Super low price and no hassles on my end. They first came out to see if they could work with my existing alarm system and they came out, did some programming work for free and got me all set up. So, just a flat fee each month paid each quarter. They have always been on top of the monitoring whenever our alarm went off, accidentally and otherwise.

AWFUL company to deal with! STAY AWAY! Their monitoring failed and our home wasn't monitored for long periods of time. Poor customer service and a rude, arrogant owner could not care less when you complain. He blames everything on his employees who are forced to cover his behind if they want to keep their jobs. He never returns phone calls and, again, blames it on his employees who warn you that he doesn't return most phone calls. This company may be the cheapest, but what good is that if the service they offer doesn't work? THIS COMPANY IS A SAD EXCUSE FOR AN ALARM COMPANY!!

I would NOT use them. They say there is no contract, but they keep charging you even after you "contract period" is over. They are trying to make me pay about $90 more than I owe that is billings after my contract period ended. STAY AWAY!
