Bad service. They are too pricy and have rude attitudes. You can get the same job for less money elsewhere.

Brought two pairs of designer jeans and one pair of dress pants to be hemmed, and to replace a button on another. Willards did not do quality work and I was dissapointed. The seams were very obvious looking, and even fell out a year later. The button that they replaced it with was dented profoundly in the middle. It looked very out of place. I'm an animal lover, and knew they had small toy dogs running about the shop. When I picked them up they had a noticable amount of dog hair on them. They didn't even bother lint rolling it. I paid $160 for everything, and should have learned my lesson then. Wanting to give them another chance, I called them because I had lost some weight for a wedding and the spaghtti straps on a bridesmaid dress were saggy, I just needed them trimmed. I politely inquired about the "same day alterations" and the lady on the phone said no promises. She rudely and loudly yelled, "it's called PLANNING AHEAD!" I was speechless. I've never seen ruder customer service

Willard's saved the day!!! My daughter brought home a cheerleading skirt that was two sizes too large on Wednesday night. She needed to wear it at a compitition Saturday morning. So after school, practice and cheering Thursday night, I brought her to a friend. The friend who was worried it was too complicated. So Friday morning, in desperation, I called Willard's. I dropped it off at 10 a.m. They said they'd try to be done by 6 p.m., but no promises. Then at 11 a.m., I get a call. They finished it. Seamstress Michelle knew how stressed I was and said she did those kinds of alterations all the time, so she went ahead and fixed it for me. Thank you Michelle and Willard's! You are awesome!

When it comes to mens clothing recuts Willard's is the best. They can take an inexpensive item and make it look custom tailored. My $50 overcoat they tailored for me received many comments and accusations of spending a fortune. Try them and you will be well pleased.
