We have been happy with this center for our children and our daughter is well prepared for Kindergarten.

Our son is enrolled in the toddler program at tot-al care in fairport. We could not be any happier with the high quality care he receives. He previously attended another area center that could not match the family atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and attentive to our needs. Check this place out!

My children have been attending TOT-AL CARE for over three years, and they are thriving!!! They are nurtured in a loving, warm educational environment. They enjoy each day; and when we pick them up, they are always happy. I highly recommend this center.

Avoid at all costs. Over 6 families are leaving this business as a result of poor management of staff, preschool program, billing issues and general sense not caring. There are plenty of alternatives worth exploring other than this place. The owners don't care nor do they listen when parents actually take the time to try and discuss the issues. Raising kids is tough enough without that stress.
