- Medical Weight LossHolly has been a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with Fairport Pediatrics since 1999. She completed her AAS degree as a Registered Nurse from Jefferson Community College in 1992. She worked as a pediatric oncology nurse at SUNY Health Services Center in Syracuse while completing her BSN. Holly received her Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Rochester in 1999 and is licensed as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of New York. Holly is also a Certified Lactation Specialist receiving her certification from The Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice in 2006. Her professional interests include working with new parents with breastfeeding issues, nutrition education and weight management counseling for children of all ages, and adolescent preventative health care and counseling.
- Pediatric CareFairport Pediatrics believes in the benefits of regular preventive care and, therefore, encourages all of our patients to return for periodic recall visits. Exams are done more often if a medical condition warrants.
- Primary CareA Patient-Centered Medical Home is a system of in which a team of health professionals work together with you, the patient, (and where appropriate, your family) to provide you with the best possible health outcomes. Your primary care physician leads the care team which may include nurses, receptionists, secretaries, specialists and other health care professionals. We will work together with you as the center of the care team.
- Family PracticeAt the time of your visit, your physician will discuss with you any changes in your child’s overall health, any prescribed medications, any updates or changes in your family health history, review your child’s growth, nutrition, school concerns, and any other concerns you may have. We also do routine screenings like vision and blood pressure checks. Your address, telephone number and insurance coverage will also be verified at each visit.
- Emergency CareDuring his tenure at Fairport Pediatrics, Dr. Eisenberg has been board certified, a member of the Monroe County Medical Society, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He has been a preceptor of medical students and residents both in private practice and in the emergency department and pediatric inpatient units at Strong Memorial Hospital. He maintains a clinical appointment at the University of Rochester.
- ImmunizationsThis schedule will be discussed with you at your prenatal appointment. You and your pediatrician will discuss your baby’s growth, your baby’s development, guidance regarding care of your baby and a discussion of protecting your baby from serious contagious illnesses with vaccinations. In addition, these appointments are a great opportunity to monitor any interval health concerns and address any of your parental questions and concerns.
- AutismDr. Edwards is a board certified pediatrician and a fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has also completed a training course in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry for Primary Care Physicians and participated in the ECHO Autism Study.

- Sports MedicineDr. Domalski’s fellowship training after residency was in pediatric sports medicine and she has extensive experience in working with young athletes of all ages as well as providing event sideline medical coverage at both the high school and collegiate levels.
