The Youth Academy is a private agency that offers community-based, family-centered and intensive treatment services for children and families. Its community family intensive treatment program includes social, health care, behavioral health and case management services. The organization also provides in-home care, crisis prevention, clinical, case assessment, rehabilitation and reunification services. It operates a level 11 therapeutic residential facility for children between the ages of 12 and 17. The Youth Academy is a 22-bed facility that provides referral and educational services, as well as group and individualized parenting classes. The organization employs counselors, therapists, teachers and nurses. It is located in Fairmont, W.Va.
