Disappointing to say the least, family member went in and they totally screwed up not only his piercing (sideways) but now his tongue is damaged! Barely any of the money was refunded.... would give this the worst of the worst rating... horrible place!

I had the worst experience in this shop over the holiday weekend with both artists named Josh. I have been getting tattooed at this shop for several consecutive years whenever I visit my family in Fairmont, WV. I was unhappy with the work of Josh on a previous trip. I was told to make an appointment and he would touch it up on the next trip. I did that. He scheduled me for 1:30. When I arrived, he was taking another client. He asked if I could come back in 40 minutes. I was disappointed, as I had just spoke to him at 1:00 and he asked how early I could be there. When I told him 1:30, he said that was good. I arrived back to the shop at 2:30, only to find him still tattooing the client he took during my already scheduled time. He asked if I could wait, yet again, longer. I told him no, that I travel 8hrs to visit family and was upset that he did not call me to let me know he took someone during our appointment time. I now have a tattoo gone wrong on my left arm that he said he no longer wanted to fix because I was upset that he was pushing me off and having me wait and wait, despite our appointment. I was told by "Hardcore" Josh to never come back to that shop. It was the worst treatment I have ever received from a place of business. They have no professionalism, appreciation or consideration for their clients in this shop. Only go here if you have all day long to wait and can come back for touch ups. Don't send your friends, unless you hate them.

Can never get the artist you request, and they never want to do the tattoos you would like, or take the time to draw you up something unique, like Youngen used to do! They dont sterilize well, and the shop is dirty. Very rude to me, like I was inconveniencing them by asking them to do their job... Yell at b/c I have ethnic skin, when they thought I had a tan. And during a touch-up for missing ink, the artist said he could see the missing ink I was talking about. Also messed up my friend's original Youngen tattoo by making it's antenna and body parts of the wings. Now it's only wings.....

I went there for my 1st tattoo and my friend for a belly button piercing,It was horrible,the women that were there were very rude ,the one expected me to draw my own tattoo design and the one piercing didnt seem to know what she was doing, they both became upset when asked about how they sterilize their equipment, I will not be back, bad expierence.
