The real estate company for people looking for good old fashioned hard working realtors. They really go to bat for you; and they roll up their sleeves and get the job done. I was amazed at how much help to us they were after the contract was signed. The agent made every effort to assist us with the move in and many items which we had no clue on how to get phone numbers for and where the different utility companies were located, etc. We needed help with schools and many other things. He was a major comfort to us. We weren't accustomed to such great treatment. We recommend them wholeheartedly.

The agents at Picket Fences are professional and marketed two properties for me. They were excellent at pricing the properties and worked very competently through every step of the process and kept we informed weekly as they carried out their tasks. I really liked how they took care of my interests and I soon knew that I was in very capable hands. Would recommend them for any property transactions - large or small. They know the real estate business.

They have helped me purchase three properties and I couldn't have asked for better care and service. The entire process, each time, went very smoothly and any problems that occurred, they assisted with in a professional manner and everything was resolved to my complete satisfaction. They kept in touch as we progressed with the transactions and I felt well informed through each step of the deals and we closed the transactions in very good time.
