Hospice Care Corporation is a nonprofit organization that serves the residents of West Virginia and southwestern Pennsylvania. It provides a range of support services for patients and their families. The organization also offers physical and spiritual support and pain management solutions. Hospice Care Corporation provides on-site help to schools, organizations and workplaces in the times of sudden death. In addition, it offers volunteer training and individual grief counseling services. The organization provides bereavement and community education programs. Hospice Care Corporation offers solutions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It also maintains The Transitions Center, which is a community-based program that provides services throughout north-central West Virginia.
