Dr Wingate is a very patient doctor, very easygoing and warm to deal with. However, her mammogram specialist is a sadist. During my mammogram, I told her the test was hurting me, and she tightened the grip, making it more painful. I wish Dr Wingate would find another mammogram worker. The one who works in her office is a nasty, mean spirited woman, who has no sensitivity for women.

In the beginning I had Dr. Bonasso but about 4 months into my pregnancy he switched me to Dr. Prouty which was bran new. Dr. Tyler Prouty was so nice always made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Prouty. I might be expecting a second child and I will be back to see Dr. Tyler Prouty. Carley

Dr. Bonasso has always been very polite and professional to me at my appointments and on the telephone. I would recommend him to anyone. He has always answered my questions and gave me the advice that I needed or asked him for, and I thank him very much for that.

Dr Bonasso, unfortunately, has been the only OB in Marion county for several years now. My personal opinion of him is not very good at all. In fact, most of his patients don't like him. He is very arrogant and rude. During appointments he is in and out so quickly that any questions you may have, he is answering generically while backing out of the room. He makes you feel stupid when you do ask questions. He often misdiagnoses women with blighted ovums, he once scheduled me for a D&C for that reason and thankfully I went to another doctor who was also stunned by his misdiagnosis. The baby was fine and I had a normal pregnancy. I don't think he should be a doctor. Ask others, they will agree with me.
