Fillmore Central Middle School provides academic, recreational and athletic programs for students in grades six through eight. The school offers classes in English, mathematics, science, social studies, music, and health and physical education. Located in Fairmont, Neb., its library stocks a collection of textbooks, reference materials, dictionaries, storybooks, encyclopedias, newspapers, and fiction and nonfiction books. Fillmore Central Middle School is governed by Fillmore Central Public Schools, which serves students in kindergarten through grade 12. The school district also operates Fillmore Central Elementary School and Fillmore Central High School. Its schools provide various sports activities, such as basketball, golf, football, wrestling, cross-country, softball and volleyball.
