Lousy business practices. Recently received a call from a collections agency demanding immediate payment of a $152.00 bill for a one time visit. Called the office and person who answered the phone said she had received at least 10 calls that week from people who were similarly dismayed to have been turned over to a collection agency. . Turns out they never submitted insurance claims and never bothered to mail a copy of the bill or call anyone regards the bill. I paid the bill via the collection agency because I pay my bills, but now these idiots won;t mail me a copy of the people so I can do what they were supposed to do in the first place - submit it for payment to the insurance company. If they are this bad at running a business, what kind of confidence can we have regards the quality of their healthcare services?
