We like Dr. Holm, but he really needs to get rid of Tracy. She is flat out rude when she answers the phone & if you have problems with insurance she becomes even ruder if that is even possible. She will be the reason that our family finds a new provider-ONLY because of her. Dr. Holm, PLEASE get rid of Tracy, she is rude and snotty to a lot of your customers.

Beware - staff do not listen when you give specific information (ex: we want eyeglass exam only, not contact lens exam), wait time is ridiculous and not acknowledged, and they certainly don't believe "the customer is always right."
