A new addition to the restaurant scene in Fairlee, this cafe offers an alternative to what's already there. With bread from Ren Hen Bakery (Middlesex), coffee from Vermont Artisan Tea and Coffee Co. (Waterbury), meats from PT Farm (N.Haverhill) and fresh eggs from Ledgestone Farm just up the road (Bradford), their sandwiches, soups, chowders and stews are fabulous. Add to this a "Hot to Trot" menu after 4pm and a deli case full of 'grab and go' meals, the Whistlestop Cafe has something for everybody.
