It serves title companies, law firms, corporations, banks, lenders and commercial real estate customers. The company undertakes survey on commercial properties as per the procedures of the American Land Title Association to determine property lines, locate improvements and identify easements, utilities, schedule B exceptions and other conditions affecting the property. It also provides zoning reports and letters through its B&C Zoning division. The company also undertakes research work and prepares and reviews project reports.
