      Too bad I cant choose 0. Not a good builder. Choose another builder. I needed to hire someone to make sure he was doing his job. He was concerned about the subcontractors more then my house. The price went up and up, he never questioned why they charged more. He sure wanted his money. I should have deducted the overages from his fee.
