i.e.,Office staff here is very rude. I was given a knee brace along with samples of medicine to take home and then low and behold a bill comes for the knee brace weeks later. I called immediately and asked what it was for. They should have told me I would be charged. The office mananger was so rude and would not even let me get a word in edgewise. When I finally was able to talk she told me that I would not be charged. However 1 and half year (approx) later i was called up by a new but equally as rude office girl and told I still owe money. I told her that this was resolved long ago. I then get a new bill with a handwritten message that says this verbatim "you do owe this money. The receptionist never told you she would take care of it. We can not control what insurance charges. Sorry for the incovinence" (not sure what incovinence means though) Well even handwritten messages from them are rude.
