Great staff! Always friendly and greets with a smile. Answers any questions to satisfaction and never makes me feel rushed. Gives great encouragement and keeps me in check with my daily intake log. Extremely nice to have this service in a small town. Thanks Resolutions!

I came in for my weekly check, and was immediatly attacked and humiliated by the lady who gives the shot. She stsrted yelling in front of everyone "you can't come in here if you still have poison ivy, I am allergic!"She went on and on till I walked out. I no longer hsd it but she insisted I did because she could see where it had healed. Because the lady I was with told her I was no longer contagious she put on gloves and allowed me in. The two weeks prior her co-worker was there and she protested but did not ban me from recieving service. This time she was alone and not only told me she would not treat me but totally embarassed and humiliated me. Very unprofessional. I was ready to quit had my friend not convinced me to keep coming in spite of her.
