Picked up a quilt on 1-24-13 that I took in to be long armed. Paid $181.91. Cut 188" of binding and got to work. I first noticed that the back had been pieced. Oh well, I liked the print, kept going. On the second turn, I noticed the stitching. VERY irregular stitch lengths. Oh well, just glad to have it quilted. Kept going. On the final turn, with about 14" of binding to go, THERE'S A PUCKER SEWN INTO THE BACK!! When I talked to the quilter, Frankie, she says, and I quote, "that happens sometimes. Not all the time, but it happens." WHAT???? Never once did she say sorry. Then I called the shop and spoke with the owner and she says, "I don't know what you want me to do." $181.91 I paid you, and you don't know what you should do. I know what I can do. Every one I know personally, on Facebook, in my quilt club, and other quilt shops I visit will be told exactly what you can do. I have to give you at least one star or I can't post. Believe me, you don't deserve it.
