I have had the displeasure of using this business twice in the past year, and after my experience this morning will do everything in my power to make sure everyone knows how unprofessional and rude they are!! The better business bureau should also be aware as well. I was attempting to pay my utility bill as they are listed as a "paystation" for Duke energy. This is obviously business that they do NOT want. It seems they have problems with Duke and like to take it out on their customers by treating them as if they were "Charity cases" and acting like they are paying these bills out of their own pockets. This is my second BAD experience and I will do what I can to warn others.



If they are having problems with Duke, then they should be courteous in explaining it to customers and not rude by complaining how much Duke interfreres with their business and they should definately not shout out as the customer is leaving, "You should pay your bill on time!" This public humiliation is entirely unacceptable for a reputable and responsilbe business!
