I went to Jodi's several times because friends had nice haircuts there. Sorry to say, my experience was less than positive. Their attitude towards customers is neglectful at best. They don't answer their phone or return messages. They've kept me waiting for over 10 minutes at their counter to pay while having personal conversations, even after I asked if I could have the total so I could leave a check because I had another appointment. And EVERY time I had my hair colored there, they got the color on my clothes, with nary an 'oops!' or 'sorry' let alone offering to help get the color off or replace the clothing. (After the first time, I wore old throw-away clothes). The haircut was just ok, nothing special; but their lack of service borders on rude.
