- Investment ManagementWith nearly 30 years of experience, Ron has arranged, structured and invested in public and private company financings in nearly every industry sector across all levels of the capital structure (debt, mezzanine, equity and derivatives). He has broad experience in growth capital, leveraged buyout, venture capital and projects financings; as well as with distressed restructurings and M&A transactions. Before joining Westbury in 2009, Ron was the Founder and President of Sage Group Holdings, a business advisory and merchant banking group. Prior to establishing Sage in 2004, Ron was a Partner at Capital Crossover Partners, a hedge fund in Washington, DC. While in Washington Ron also worked as a Managing Director at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group (FBR) where he oversaw certain proprietary investments, served on the commitments committee and co-managed a private equity fund focused on financial services companies. Ron initially joined FBR as CEO of FBR Business Development Capital, a new investment company formed to provide mezzanine financing to private companies. Ron began his career at J.P. Morgan where he spent 18 years holding various positions in investment management and banking. During his last 12 years at Morgan, Ron was a senior portfolio manager for two special situation investment funds with over $1 billion in assets. Ron had primary responsibility for managing each fund's private investment activities, which included deal sourcing, investment selection, research and due diligence, transaction structuring, deal documentation, portfolio management, board participation and effecting investment exits. Ron received a BA from the University of North Carolina and earned an MBA from New York University's Executive Program where he was elected class President. He holds Series 7, 24 and 63 FINRA licenses and is based in Connecticut.

- Asset ManagementMr. MacDonald joined Westbury Group as a partner in July 2012. Prior to joining Westbury, Bryan was the Chief Operating Officer of Highcroft Racing, a championship American Le Mans Series team based in Danbury, CT. Until he took the position with Highcroft, Bryan spent his career in financial services, most recently with Benedetto Gartland & Co. (BGC), an investment banking boutique specializing in raising institutional capital for alternative investment funds. He came to BGC in May 2000 as a result of its merger with Investment Strategies International, Inc./Saugatuck Securities, Inc., an investment bank he founded in 1993. He has more than 20 years of investment banking experience. Prior to founding ISI/Saugatuck, Mr. MacDonald was President and Director of Tremont (Bermuda) Limited, an affiliate of Tremont Advisers, Inc. He was responsible for all product development and marketing as well as the firm's activities outside the U.S. During his tenure at Tremont he was directly responsible for structuring and placing interests in Omega Overseas Partners, Ltd., Pequot International, Ltd. and several other prominent hedge funds. Mr. MacDonald began his career at The Vanguard Group of Investment Companies where he was a Product Manager in Vanguard's marketing and product development group. At Frank Russell Company he was involved in the development and marketing of computer-based asset allocation and portfolio analysis models. And at Bankers Trust Company he was a Group Head of Marketing and Product Development for Global Fiduciary Services.
