LobsterCraft Kitchen is the permanent location of the award-winning LobsterCraft Food Truck. In business since 2012, Captain Mike and the crew have been delighting lobster roll lovers with, what many consider to be, the best CT style hot buttered lobster roll not only in CT, but also the country! With over 18 years as a commercial lobsterman under his belt, Captain Mike knows a few things about lobster! In addition to the lobster rolls, of which there are several different types, the LobsterCraft Kitchen offers award winning Lobster Bisque, Clam Chowder, Lobster Mac N Cheese, and even a 12 hour smoked pulled pork roll for the land lubber. Casual outdoor seating evokes the classic lobster shacks of New England.
