Owner (I believe she is the owner.), is obnoxious and rude. She has always been brusk with me, I can ignore that. She ruined several of my clothes over a 6 months period. I told her she did nothing, just gave me another cleaning free each time. Those where just everyday wear clothes so, I let it go. She then ruined a beautiful, one of a kind designer evening gown. That dress was a gift, my mother in law bought me in Beverly Hills. It was a $6,000 dress. Ruined, destroyed, beads off all over the place, and the silk torn in many places. Again, she only offered me a free cleaning next time. When I told her that was not acceptable and that not only did I want my money back, but that I wanted her to replace that dress. Which I cannot get an exact, but a similar from that designer. She said NO, that I brought my clothes there at my own discretion basically, that they are not responsible for damage. That if it occurs it is because the clothing is not cleanable! NOT REPUTABLE, STAY AWAY!
