I brought my Electrolux upright in a while back because the power cord had developed a split where it met the handle of the vacuum. I paid them $90 to replace the cord and when I got home I decided to google my vacuum model and low and behold there is a recall on my model because of the very issue they had just fixed. I went back and after a little hemming and hawing, they refunded my money. I thought about it later and realized that they were going to double dip... take my money and get the part for free due to the recall. All I can say is I wouldn't trust these guys as far as I can throw them.

Excellent service, and very knowledgeable. I brought in my 15 year old Electrolux vacuum and power nozzle (power nozzle had been dropped by me) for repair. Sales/service people diagnosed the problem quickly and had the unit repaired in no-time. I would definitely return to this store for repairs -- and when we finally decide it's time for a new Electrolux.
