I do not like high pressure sales and usually have to explain that to sells people. I went to another ford dealer before my trip to Fairfield and was not happy with the trade in value they offered. I was only LOOKING! I walked into Fairfield Ford and was greeted right away. I explained what I wanted to LOOK at and was NOT buying a car today. Nick, my salesman was a very nice guy and showed me exactly what I wanted to see. I never had to explain to him about the no pressure thing. Scott in Financing was great even though I was just checking. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and sincere. I signed the paperwork for a 2007 Mercury Mountainer that night. I picked up the Mountainer and dropped off my Toyota Corolla the 2nd night. I love my Mountainer and glad I was able to get what I wanted for my Corral . I feel great about the whole experience and would recommend Fairfield Ford to everyone for new and used vehicles! Tammy Hill
