I was visiting family in Fairfield and had borrowed my sister’s car. On my way out to her house a dog ran in front of me so I swerved to miss it (and thank goodness I did). I ended up going off the lip of the road and got it stuck. I called my sister and she called Ramirez Towing service. They were surprisingly there pretty quickly and Tim was good at helping calm my nerves. He was very considerate of my situation and got my (sisters) car unstuck with no damages except for a flat tire, which he also helped me with. I was very happy with my experience with Ramirez J Towing.
I was driving on a gravel road at the end of Grizzly Island and before I knew it, my car lost traction. I freaked out and luckily crashed into the bushes rather than the little creek that runs along side the road! I was in distraught so my friend called this towing company and they got there in about 25 minutes, got me out and I was able to drive it home.
The guy, Tim, was really nice and made me feel better when he told me about the similar accidents in that area. lol
I can say the price wasn't bad. Definitely recommend them.
