I was extremely happy with the services provided by Bits & Bytes. The staff's at Bits & Bytes was reliable & prompt. I wouldrecommend them without any hesitation. They gave very useful advice in with regards to my computer and laptops at home. My computers are working much faster now.

Bits & Bytes is a family owned business and you can immediately tell when you walk in. I took both my laptop and my house desktop to B&B last week. They told me because of the holidays there will be a bit of a queue before they get to my computer. So they offered me a loaner for free. They diagnosed, within a few days, the problems with both computers. They then called me and we agreed to the repairs and the unusually reasonable cost. I asked if I should upgrade the memory on either. They were very honest in the response. The laptop is more recent. It made sense to upgrade it. They told me not to spend much more money on the desktop (WOW). Quite frankly I was really apprehensive about taking my computers for repair. I can not remember when I had a pleasant experience with an other business owner like these people. You feel like you are visiting a friend. Isaac M.
