Look elsewhere for your window replacement project. We had all of the windows in our house replaced by The Window Man. The windows are great, but the installation crew is awfull. They rushed to get through the job in one day and destroyed plants in our yard and did an extremely sloppy job patching holes on the wood frames that we paid for them to install. To top that off, they guaranteed that a landscaper would visit our house to repair the damage. Well, 4 weeks later and no visit or response from the Window Man. My advice is that you look elsewhere, for many companies can do much, much better.

Had 2 windows & a door replaced. They did OK on that, although it took 8 weeks for them to get around to installing, at which time there was an additional "hazardous removal / Lead fee" because a new law had kicked in and it took them so long to install. I also asked them to help with a repair on an existing window. I was told that the window had a lifetime warranty and therefore, it would be a warranty repair. The people at the Fairfax, VA Window Man have been horrible! Un-responsive, uncommunicative, and clearly hoping I will go away now that I paid for the other job. It has been 6 months and they still tell haven't ordered the replacement Line window (Fogged Glass). They still sell windows from Comfort Line, so I don't know what the problem is. Refuse to answer e-mails or return phone calls. FWIW, I went to another Comfort Line dealer, and they had the part ordered (under warranty) within a week. I will not do business with The Window Man again!
