Leila H. Zackrison, MD has Master of Science in Biochemistry and a Doctorate of Medicine from Loma Linda University, California. She did her Rheumatology fellowship at Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington D.C. Dr. Zackrison is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, the American College of Rheumatology, Anti-Aging, Regenerative and Functional Medicine, and American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine. Dr. Zackrison is recognized as a specialist in the treatment of tick-borne diseases and other chronic medical and autoimmune illnesses. Affectionately known by her patients as Dr. Z, she has been instrumental in helping thousands of people, including children, to regain their healthy sense of wellness and vitality. Her successes are due to applying the principles of individualized care using integrative and functional medicine approaches.
