Real Estate Agents The Foxcroft Colony Unit Owners Association represents the owners of a 312-unit condominium complex composed of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom garden apartments on a secluded campus with mature trees and other landscaping. Several of the 3-bedroom units also have a den or study alcove. The condominium fee includes air conditioning, electricity, gas, water, heating, parking fees, as well as privileges for the use of the common element amenities.
