General Info
Tina Martin joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in May 1991, following eight years of service to the company as an Associate Advisor and one year as a client manager for Bank of America. In 25 years with First Command, Tina has participated in many different aspects of business operations, including software implementation, seminar development and Advisor training, as well as the Sailor of the Year program. Tina holds Series 6, 63, 65 and 26 securities licenses plus state life and health insurance licenses for Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, Washington D.C., Pennsylvania, Alabama and Oregon. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association, Financial Service Institute, National Association of Professional Women and Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce. Understanding that the single most powerful contributor to financial well-being is behavior, Tina works closely with her clients to develop personalized financial plans that reflect their values, address their priorities and support their goals. Each plan includes recommendations for specific financial products and services to support those goals. And through ongoing planning to address changes in one's financial and personal circumstances, Tina is ready to assist clients as they pursue their goals through a lifetime financial journey. Through her involvement in the Dominion Women's Club she supports local food banks and programs that provide school supplies to children in need. She enjoys spending time with her grandson Sean, gardening, antiquing and is learning to play golf. Her oldest son Scott is a United States Marine reservist and a Prince William County police officer. Paul, her youngest, majors in photography at George Washington University, Corcoran College of Art and Design.
