Walking to a glass window threw me off, receiptionist was busy taking her own pictures with her cell phone, totally ingnoring me. Dr. Bennett was brilliant. Billing Department staff was rude and unhelpful. My attempts to reach out to their Office Manager took three days phoning and leaving messages on VM and with other staff - never heard back. Finally, calling again on the 4th day and speaking with another billing dept. staff, did not resolve my overcharged billing issues.
