please don't comethat store. They don't know how to run the business. i used to work right there, so i know how they work. They don't care about the customer, they never return money to you when they have mistakes. They never listen to customer. Specially, Tailor is very rude. please don't come that store any more. Otherwise, the manager who names is Marilyn is very very rude.

I just discover this little gem, under new management, Dry Clean Nova gives an awesome service, moderate price and they even have alteration on site. I wear uniform for work so I need them to be perfect for inspection all the time. My colleagues are now also recomending Dry Clean Nova to other clients. I am very happy to finally found a great place for all my drycleaning needs.

Highly recommended. It took me a while to find a discount cleaner that actually "clean". I have been going to dryclean nova for the last 4 months. My husband shirts always come out clean, especially the collars. $2 for most of the dry clean garment. The clothing always come out smelling fresh and clean. The staff speak English well and is very friendly and professional. Recommended the place to my friends and neighboors. The alteration is also reasonably priced and quick turn around. Hana L.

Reluctant as I am to change, I changed to Nova Dry Cleaners after a request from my wife. Since the change I have been more than pleased with their treatment of my articles of clothing. Timely delivery, expertly cleaned and a courteous staff are just a few reasons why they now have my business.

I wish I'd read the previous review. Unfortunately for me I just dropped in to get two pairs of pants hemmed (shortened an inch) when I saw their place as I drove by. They gave me back my pants two days later, in a plastic bag, but without having been taken in at all. I have to head out of the country in a few days so asked for my money back so I could take them someplace else and get hemmed -- no. Can't do that. I have to leave the pants so the seamstress can examine them when she's back at work. Or I have to take off from work to bring in the pants at the seamstress's convenience. I'm heading out of the area in a few days and can't spend my evenings doing this. So they refused to refund my money, and gave me pants that hadn't been touched while in their possession. Highly not recommended.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE! They wrote down the wrong number for my husband's and my clothes and let someone else with that number pick them up. Almost all of my husband's dress shirts were in there and now we are having to harass the people to get our clothes back. These people shouldn't be allowed to run a business.
