Service was not what you would expect from a salon. The hairpieces they carry are the same thing you can order on line, they are way overpriced. I've been wearing wigs all my life, this salon says they offer comfort and solitude with a series of measurements before placing a wig on your head, but they don't offer any of this. They were more than happy to sell me a piece that didn't even fit my head. The human hair wigs they do sell are cheap and it tangles, not much better than the cheap synthetics you can buy.

Horrible the the heavy set woman made me cry very mean. Refused to exchange wig after she did not make it fit to my head. This was not a place of "comfort" I left in tears feeling worse than I did when I walked in. Horrible experience please do not use their services I will never set foot in their again.

Excellent selection. They were very good about helping me stay in my price range with no surprises. Located in an old house, they really make you feel comfortable and at home yet treat you very professionally. They made sure I was happy with my selection. I didn't know anything about wigs before I got there, but they guided me through the whloe process. I really had fun! I am losing my hair because of Chemotherapy and never expected to have this nice of an experience.
