- Primary CareThis depends on your insurance plan. Please contact your insurance provider to determine if a referral from your primary care physician is required. If a referral is required and not provided, your insurance may bill you the full amount of the visit.We always welcome new patients, however, we will not negotiate with your insurance provider on your behalf.
- Emergency CareWe make every effort to schedule your appointment as soon as possible. If you prefer to see a particular Nephrologist, this may increase your wait time. If the matter is truly urgent please have your referring physician contact us to discuss your case. In the event of a medical emergency, please dial 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.
- Internal MedicineOur Nephrologists specialize in managing a broad range of kidney diseases, electrolyte disorders, hypertension (high blood pressure), kidney transplantation evaluation and aftercare, in addition to all forms of dialysis. Each physician has extensive experience and is board certified in the subspecialty of Nephrology by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

- Kidney StonesDr. Lohiya joined NANV in 2022 after moving to the area. He has many years of experience in nephrology and has worked extensively on cardiorenal syndromes, kidney stones, hypertension and glomerular disease. While completing his training in Pittsburgh, Dr. Lohiya ranked first place nationally in the in-training nephrology examination. He truly enjoys spending time with patients, sharing information, and learning from them as well. In his free time, Dr. Lohiya likes to travel and explore the surrounding areas with his family.
