My daughter and I have had a superior experience every time we have used this salon over the past 4 months. It is a beautiful, elegant atmosphere. All areas are clean and the staff are professional and pleasant as well as skilled at what they do. The sophisticated decor calms and soothes one (you will enjoy the blinking stars above the shampoo bays!) and the owner Alexandre is himself always present -- supervising amiably, greeting clients with a smile and friendly word, and doing hair. Spa and salon services here are well worth the price. Parking is ample. Many magazines to peruse; free tea, coffee and water while you wait. A gorgeous beauty salon I highly recommend.

My experiences at Alexandre de Paris have always been exceptional! From the moment I walk through the doors, I am greeted by the front desk with a warm hello and smile. The stylists are masters of their craft and they really take the time to give me the look that is right for me! The facials and massages are so thorough and luxurious! Plus, they just built a huge spa room for couples and group spa sessions! I can't wait to plan a spa party!

Paid too much $ for highlights only to have them cut off in the back area of my head??? When the beautician turned me around so I could view her "work" in the mirror I gasped. I asked her why she would do that and she did not answer. Have been growing my hair in for the past 6 months. Anotherstylist would not color or even cut my hair the way I wanted it done. He did it his way. What is it with these people? After discussing what train wreck had happened to my hair @ the next salon, the person who washed my hair said he had worked near Alexandre' de Paris & they were always fixing their COSTLY mistakes. When he actually said it's all about ego there I had to agree. Worst productsdesigned by the owner & the stylist's actually admit it !!!
