At 17:35 on the night of Monday 8FEB2010 my brother and I were delivering groceries and a prescription to my parents snowed-in residence. Truck #14 from Premium Lawn and Landscape was at the intersection of Grey Fox and Red Jacket, roughly 3 blocks from our destination. The driver said that he could not plow any further due to the hill but was waiting on a larger truck that could. My brother parked his car at an adjacent cleared corner of the intersection. The plow driver informed my brother "you can park your car there and I'll plow right into it, or you can move it. Your choice" then called him a "f-ing moron" as he walked back to his truck. I said there was no need to be rude and he got in my face and said "I've been doing this for 30 f-ing hours, keep trying me buddy" and raised his fist to me. I asked his name and his response was "f- you, thats my name" and got back in his truck. When I called the office Kelly told me "he's probably just tired, I wouldn't worry about it"
