At my reception the lady came earlier than we had talked about which was a major factor in why I chose them. They threw away my stuff at the reception and treated my mother and I very poorly. I cried at my own reception due to the way they were treating/speaking to us. I never once got an apology for the behavior or for them throwing away my stuff. The decorations were not bad but the way I was treat was very unprofessional and just down right rude.
