Fairbury Junior/Senior High School is a learning center that enrolls students in grades 7 through 12. The school is a part of Fairbury Public Schools. Its academic curriculum includes English, math, science and social science. Located in Fairbury, Neb., the school also offers courses in business education, journalism, automotive technology, and family and consumer science. It also conducts classes in art, physical education, and vocal and instrumental music. Fairbury Junior/Senior High School supports a range of sports activities that includes football, volleyball, basketball, wrestling, golf, and track and field. The school offers memberships in the Future Business Leaders of America and Future Farmers of America organizations. It also operates a band, choir and Spanish club. In addition, Fairbury Junior/Senior High School has a parent-teacher association that sponsors field trips and special events.
