If you are backed into a corner and have absolutely no where else to go they will give you a place to go but don't expect anything other than that and if you have any belongings that you would like to keep them in storage all the apartments are infested with either mold or bed bugs bed bugs is Sprite a little bit around running muffin the walls and then they come back twice as bad you be lucky to have air conditioning or heat that works or your ceiling won't be caving in

This place is the worst! Max Burnett is a slumlord! He rents crappy properties and lets any drug user or dealer stay there. Take a drive by their best property today - 208 SPruce Drive - Fairborn Ohio.This is the best property the own and it is leased to a husband wife who are two pill heads who do not take care of the place or their kids, (yes their teenage drug abusing kids live there as well!), and in (6) months it has almost fallen in on itself!AS Max Burnett gets older and is a drunk himself, expect this business to only get much MUCH worse before we finally have them out of Fairborn altogether!Max Burnett properties ALWAYS end up condemned or foreclosed on! Even the work trucks are falling apart!
