They are not worried about their tennents. The roof leaks, there is mold growing, and the walls are crumbling because of water damage, and the apartments flood every time it rains. You can tell them your problems, yet they take their time to get maintenance to you. Instead they work on the empty apartments and fix them up so they can rent out. This place needs to be condemed. It is dangerous to the health and safty of children as well as anyone. I would have rated this a 0, but I had to rate at least 1 star to post this review.

Amity green apartments are not for kids these apt need to be gutted out and new owners the city needs to no about how nasty and this is a drug place for sure.

The better business bureau. Has to do something. About the dirty lead paint and toxin spray.

There are drug dealers in a few units but they owners don't care seems to be. A hole in a wall.

This apt needs new trustworthy owners the apts are not upto date at all they do shampoo carpets but they still look dirty.

there is no new remodel apts ,they dont put new carpet in the units that there going to rent out ,they clean the carpets thats very unsanitary they cover up dirt and have dirty hallwalls need new caring and clean not low budget owners trying to cut corners.

The apartment manager was very informative about the different apartments available, for instance she informed me of the newly updated apartments with everything brand new in them and then she (Mary Montgomery) took time and showed them to me. They were very nice!

if you want to have mice for roommates, move to amity green!!!!
