Good value and good maintenance. Downside is that the buildings were built around WWII and because of that the electric service is a meager 30 amps. Which means that if you want to run more than one appliance you'll need to have the management add more service which they'll charge you $500 (or more) and then they rip it out when you leave so they can charge the next tenant for the same upgrade. Also make sure you have many feet of extension chords. Laundry is available with several machines per room, but only some of the buildings have the laundry room. If you want a garage, be aware that some of their garages are considerably larger or smaller than others. The real nuisance is that Fair Lawn has very restrictive alternate day street parking which is a pain and requires calling the police to get street parking permission if you have company or don't have a garage.
