I brought my Toyota van to Brad's for the repair of the rear quarter panel, wheel as well as buying a new spare wheel from him. New OEM parts were specified. Sometime later the quarter panel appeared to be rusting through (the only part of the vehicle with any rust was that Brad repaired) and the finish on the two wheels he provided was peeling off. I brought this to their attention and routinely called (almost weekly for 1/2 year) to see what they were going to do about it. The story every time I called was they were seeing if their supplier was at fault... I finally gave up and have not heard from them in over 1/2 year. From my perspective they either used inferior parts/supplies or just plain did a bad job... you be the judge. I would suggest you NOT use Brads for repair work ---- you may end up in the same situation as me.

They are the best. Very professional, SUPER thorough, extremely helpful and friendly - everything you could ask for when trusting someone to fix your car the right way. I highly recommend them. They did an excellent job on my Toyota!
