The Exeter Care Center is a 40-plus-bed skilled nursing facility that provides 24-hour skilled nursing and personalized care services. Located in Exeter, Neb., the center offers adult day care and support services for individuals suffering from Alzheimer's disease and other dementia-related disorders. It provides wound care, nutritional evaluation, and short- and long-term rehabilitative services. The Exeter Care Center features case management, medication monitoring and discharge planning programs. The center offers in-home respite care, health assessment and transportation services. It provides a range of recreational activities that include music, gardening, and arts and crafts.
