Clean and friendly. It's like visiting a friend. I leave my hair in their hands and am never disappointed. My daughter loves it too. I like being able to get my hair done before or after getting a muscle relaxing massage. No overpowering scents in the massage room - how refreshing! All the practioners stand by any work they do and bend over backward to make your experience rewarding.
