Dolliff Properties was formed in 2000, under the name of Alpine Management Group to focus on commercial real estate and condominium development and acquisition. Dolliff Properties focuses on the commercial development, primarily retail, and sister company, CityHomes, focuses on condominium developments. Dolliff Properties is wholly owned by Douglas Dolliff. Operating under Alpine Management Group, LLC, CityHomes Group bought and converted a 28 unit Townhouse project in Eagan to Condominiums. This was the first large ( over 12 units ) Condo conversion in the Twin Cities in over 20 years. Since then CityHomes Group has converted 100 condominium units. Projects are located in Woodbury, Bloomington and the current project in Highland Park area of St. Paul, all in Minnesota. All projects have been very successful and completely sold out. In conjunction with Endurance Properties, Dolliff Properties has developed Eagan Station, a 15, 000 square foot retail center in Eagan, Minnesota and Natick Promenade, a 55, 000 square foot life style center in Suburban Boston. All of these projects have been very successful and completely leased prior to completion of construction. Previous experience: Mr. Dolliff worked for NorthMarq Capital as a Vice President of Originations for the Minneapolis office from 1995 to 2005. NorthMarq Capital is a nationwide real estate investment banking firm and Mr. Dolliff was responsible for originating and structuring debt and equity transactions on commercial real estate transactions in the Midwest and Nationally. Prior to that Mr. Dolliff was with WMF Group, MetMor Financial ( a subsidiary of MetLife ), Towle Financial, and Miller & Schroeder in a similar capacities to NorthMarq Capital. Mr. Dolliff has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Madison with a double major in Real Estate and Marketing in 1986. Mr. Dolliff is active in the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association. Mr. Dolliff is very active in the Madison Center, a non-profit pediatric speech center helping kids with speech disabilities and Kids on 2 Wheels, a local based non-profit that helps kids with physical disabilities learn how to ride a bike. Additionally Mr. Dolliff enjoys running, triathlons, water and snow skiing and hunting.
