Not only was the office dirty, the wait very long (1 hour, 15 mins.... with not one patient walking in or out of the office) and the staff rude, this guy seems to have no idea what he's talking about. I went to him with several health issues and he couldn't figure out ANY of them. I know this because I was still feeling symptoms and went elsewhere for a second and third opinion. He doesn't seem to be very read up on modern medicine either.
