Dr. Brent Burroughs is a board certified neurologist who diagnoses and cares for disorders that affect the nervous system. He treats all neurologic diseases including headaches, dementia, movement disorders, strokes, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, nerve disorders and many other conditions that affect strength, sensation, movement, consciousness and cognition. Prior to joining Queens Medical Center in early 2019, Dr. Burroughs was in private practice in Oregon. Dr. Burroughs did his neurology residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago followed by a neuromuscular and electromyography fellowship at Oregon Health and Sciences University. His medical degree is from the University of Kansas. Dr. Burroughs grew up in Kansas City and moved to Hawaii in 2019.
